Archiving of electronic and paper documents, other related services are regulated by the requirements of the current legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Upon request, the Company's staff evaluates your documents and draws up an archiving plan and estimate.

After ordering services, in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts and the customer, the documents are sorted, systematized, arranged using the means provided for that purpose, and digitized as required. Archiving is usually carried out in the dedicated Dokdata premises, which are arranged and transferred to the company's storage for storage. In individual cases, the services may be provided at the customer's premises.

Document and data archiving is performed by qualified professionals, most of whom have more than 10 years of experience. Employees are constantly trained, the whole process is monitored, internal and external audits are carried out.
